PEP++ induction program was held for the newly recruited Research assistants and Data Manager on the 29^th and 30^th of December 2021. Mr. Bijay Jha was the chief guest for the program. The program was also attended by Mr Rajvir Yadav focal person leprosy of province 2, Arvind Shah training officer NLT. Dr, K.P Dhakal Board member of NLR Nepal and Executive director Bikash Man Singh. The program was held in Lalgadh leprosy hospital with objective of introducing the organization and the project to the 19 research assistants and 2 data managers. They were briefed about the PEP++ project and the role they will paly in the project. The induction also included orientation about the administrative regulation of the organization as well as the code of conduct.
