Within this project, NLR provided technical expertise, human resources and other essential supports to the two leprosy referral centers conducted by Koshi and Seti Zonal Hospitals in Eastern and far western regions respectively. The clinics have been integrated in the government system in 2014⁄2015. NLR supported the leprosy clinical work by providing financial support for human resources of the clinics, medical supplies and assistance to patients for referrals for treatment and surgeries.
